Hadlee sent me her Pintrest inspo board and I knew our farm would be a perfect fit for what she was looking for! Hadlee and I had met a few times before but we had such a fun time during her hour long session. She said after our session, “it was exactly what I wanted it to be!” And that’s always my favorite thing to hear!

Hadlee ~ Senior Portrait Session
Harmony~ Senior Session
I’ve known Harmony for as long as she’s been alive! Our families have been friends…well forever practically. For a long time she was my friends younger sister but now she’s graduated and it blows my mind. How is life going by so fast!
Harmony texted me asking about doing her senior session at sunrise, and I was all for it! She’s only the second person to brave a sunrise shoot with me, and it was so worth it! There’s something so chill and peaceful about early mornings, fog and sunrises.
I’ve had such a blast with my senior girls this past year and I’m super excited for all the 2024 seniors coming my way!

Ellie, Laken and Pistol
Our pear trees were in full bloom and our back field was still golden from the winter. Laken texted me and asked if she could bring her horse for some photos with her daughter before the blooms fell off the trees and I am SO glad she did. The beautiful bloom and the jet black horse were perfection.
I love how we went from a princess session or a cowgirl session with just an outfit change. Ellie loves horses just like her momma and it was impressive how well she controlled that giant horse.
All in all in was a perfect evening. The best kind of spring weather, the best kind of blooms, the best kind of glow and the best models.

Johanna~ Senior Session
Johanna and I had a super fun time taking her senior photos. She has contacted me asking if I could incorporate her horse into the session with her, so we met out on her friends beautiful farm. The spring glow and the golden tassel on the oak trees made this into pure magic.

The Taylor ~ Family Session
What a perfect spring day this was! I love to watch kids having fun playing outside while I get take pictures! There’s nothing like those genuine, candid moments. The trees around our pond were just in the beginning of blooming. You can see the hint of that spring glow in the trees!
Doing sessions like this is a dream come true for me! I LOVE that I get to capture these special family moments forever and ever! These little kiddos will grow up someday and they’ll be showing these pictures to their kids and grandkids and I think that is just so special, amazing and beautiful. I mean I get to capture the unique lives of people and their families…FOREVER

Josh and Emily
Josh and Emily were so sweet and so fun! They met me at my favorite childhood hiking spot, in Southern Illinois, for a post wedding photo session. This day was a dream come true for me! For years I’ve wanted to do a session at the spot but it just never worked out! I’m thankful for Emily and Josh who braved the cold January day. It ended up being super cloudy and super windy but we still got some epic portraits…I guess we all had a dream come true! was so soooo pleased with all of the portraits from this session! Emilys veil made for some excitement in the wind but gave us some beautiful portraits! It was a fun adventure and %100 worth the cold!!

I had such a blast with Nick and Kylee! They are such a sweet and fun couple! They brought along their dogs to their engagement session and we had a time of trying to get them to stay still

Chris + Grace ~Engament Session
Loved getting to be a part of capturing special memories for Chris and Grace! Grace and I had talked a little bit over text before the session and we realized that we had met before. So I showed up to the session we chatted a little but and then later on I had several random memories of us having been in the same place at the same time, on several different occasions. Needless to say, I was a little late on clueing in 
Chris and Grace were a lot of fun and once they got warmed up they were killing it! I always love getting to watch couple interact and have fun together at a session!
